When my wife and I moved to the Raleigh area for work, we didn’t want just another McMansion. We wanted a lifestyle and the house of your dreams. Our realtor told us there are two people who can build you your house and one who can do it on budget. Naturally we went with Michael and never regretted it.
Michael met with us several times just to understand our vision. He took the time to get to know us so he could build our home. His attention to detail, quality of work, and service with a smile far exceeded our expectations. He even interacted with our daughter and took her into consideration when brainstorming and designing.
By the end of the process we trusted Michael to make final decisions about lights, fixtures, and finishes. He even threw in some surprises we had never could have thought of. We knew he understood our vision. Turns out, he understood it even better than we did and he never let us down while still keeping us on budget.
Needless to say, we now live in our dream home, built by Fidelis construction.
