We have been extremely satisfied with our Fidelis custom built home for more than 10 years and we would strongly recommend Michael and his team at Fidelis Construction, Inc. to anyone thinking of building a custom home.
We would like to take this opportunity to commend Michael and his team for their outstanding work performance, personal integrity, character and good attitude during the building of our retirement home. Although we have never built a home before, we have heard plenty of the horror stories from friends who have. We can honestly say we did not experience any of the types of problems we have heard about or had been warned about. We did, however, experience a very good working relationship with Michael and his team from the very beginning!
Michael is a very organized individual who is able to stay on task and expects that from his team. He also has the ability to deal with home buyers and their special requests and anxiety during the building process. We have found it extremely helpful to keep in touch with him via email to review change orders, etc. prior to our frequent meetings at our home site so we will be on the “same page” so to speak, and be kept current without tying up a lot of his time and ours.
We reviewed other builders in the area and found Fidelis Construction’s building practices to be far superior from the materials to their craftsmanship. We also realized that they did not just build a house to Building Code requirement, but often times far exceeded Building Code.
Michael had a saying… “Don’t wish you had, be glad you did” when we were building our home. I still remember that saying and we sure are GLAD WE DID!
