My wife and I recently bought a home that Mike built in the saddle ridge development, and we love our new home. The home looks great, the floor plan is fantastic, and the build quality is wonderful.
Mike was very helpful, honest, and trust-worthy. There was several times during our buying process where Mike’s help, and flexibility, really lowered the difficulty of an already stressful time. If you are looking for a quality builder, who does what he says, is truly concerned that you will love your home, and isn’t just looking to turn over another house and move on, then you want to talk with Mike.
Many builders are more than willing to do the bare minimum and move on. Mikes homes have so many small touches that add up to a large difference. Whether your looking at the feature ceilings, crown molding through out, or just simply the great flow of the floor plan, Mike has obviously thought it all through. After walking our home the first time, it was obvious to me that the building was as much a piece of art, as it was a structure. Attention to detail is always key, and Fidelis homes have this.
